- Provide exceptional service to clients by proactively identifying and resolving technical incidents for cross-technology infrastructure.
- Ensure client infrastructure is configured, tested, and operational; solve complex problems to enhance service quality.
- Manage high-complexity tickets, perform advanced tasks, and deliver diverse solutions while meeting SLAs.
- Mentor junior team members and collaborate across Cloud, Security, Networking, and Applications domains.
