Job Description
职位描述Prepare and deliver standardized controlling reporting outputs (e.g., China Scorecard,U), ensuring data quality, consistency, and sign-off readiness. Lead consolidation of assigned controlling views by collecting inputs, aligning assumptions, documenting logic changes, and maintaining version control and change logs. Drive cross-functional alignment on controlling topics by tracking open items,resolving definition disputes, and escalating issues when required. This position is part of the RGC Controlling organization and will be based in the Governance & Digital Controlling Department at the Nanjing HQ. The role may be assigned to one of the following focus areas based on the candidate’s capabilities and interests: Mgt. Reporting, Planning & Closing, PD & Bonus, or Execution & Operation.
