Job Description
Laidlaw Carriers Van is actively seeking a Cross Border AZ Driver for their Reefer Division in Blenheim, Ontario. This full-time role requires commitment to quality and safety as you traverse between Canada and the U.S.
As a professional AZ driver, you'll handle temperature-sensitive freight, operating primarily on a 24/7 schedule. Ideal candidates will be skilled in following compliance rules and maintaining exact documentation, all while on the road for 4-5 days consecutively. Strong communication skills are a must.
Key Responsibilities:
• Transport reefer freight across international borders
• Follow established safety and compliance protocols
• Finish tasks assigned by dispatch efficiently
• Keep accurate logs and required documentation
Requirements:
• Valid AZ licence with at least 2 years of experience
• Clean CVOR and Driver’s Abstract required
• Clean criminal record check necessary for cross-border
• Regular travel into the U.S. is mandatory
