About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Crop Manager Assistant to join our team in Howick. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Manager in overseeing the crop management operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for agriculture and a willingness to learn.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist the manager in planning and executing crop management activities
- Monitor crop health and implement pest control measures - spraying, spreading etc.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Ability and experience on Green Star equipment
