Job Description
Eednix is looking for a CRO Specialist who can help e Commerce and D2 C brands improve website conversion rates and customer experience.
Responsibilities:
ā¢ Conduct CRO audits for Shopify websites
ā¢ Analyze user behavior using Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, and GA4
ā¢ Identify conversion bottlenecks across Homepage, Collection Pages, PDPs, Cart, and Checkout
ā¢ Create actionable CRO recommendations
ā¢ Collaborate with performance marketing and design teams
ā¢ Track and report conversion improvements
Requirements:
ā¢ Experience with Shopify websites
ā¢ Understanding of UX/UI and customer journey optimization
ā¢ Knowledge of GA4, Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, and A/B testing
ā¢ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
ā¢ Ability to create clear CRO audit reports
Preferred Experience:
ā¢ D2 C / Fashion / Lifestyle brands
ā¢ Experience working with Meta Ads traffic
ā¢ Familiarity with tools like Figma, Google Analytics, and Shopify apps
