Job Description
Weโre looking for a CRO & A/B Testing Program Manager to run, coordinate, and oversee the full experimentation program across multiple 6โ9 figure DTC brands.
You donโt need to write copy.
You donโt need to design or develop.
You donโt need to be the strategist.
But you must understand CRO workflows, experimentation cycles, prioritization, bottlenecks, and the internal machinery required to run multiple tests across multiple brands, without chaos, delays, or things slipping through the cracks.
Youโll work closely with the Senior CRO Strategist, project manager, designers, developers, Replo builders, data analyst, QA, and content teams to ensure every experiment moves from idea โ setup โ launch โ analysis โ rollout smoothly and on schedule.
This is the person who keeps the CRO engine running clean, fast, and consistently.
