Must Have
- CRM experience (Customer Service Request, Leads, Customer 360)
- Business Requirements gathering
- Review FSD (FSD is written by vendor)
- Review TDD (TDD is written by vendor)
- Ability to interact with multiple teams
- Ability to align specs from multiple systems and interfaces (e.g., middleware, core system and CRM)
- JIRA triage – prioritize and assign to right team
Good to Have
- MSD experience
