Job Summary

KDCI Outsourcing is seeking a CRM Specialist to support the management, optimization, and day‑to‑day operations of CRM systems. This role is responsible for maintaining data accuracy, supporting campaign execution, and assisting with reporting and automation to improve overall efficiency across sales, marketing, and customer success functions. The ideal candidate has hands‑on CRM experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to support both operational tasks and system improvements.
