As CRM Specialist within CHANEL’s Fragrance & Beauty team in Benelux & Scandinavia, you play a central role in building deeper knowledge of our clients and translating that knowledge into smart CRM decisions. Data is at the heart of everything you do; from tracking performance and running campaign analyses to identifying trends and shaping strategy. This position combines strong analytical work with hands-on campaign execution. We’re looking for someone who is naturally drawn to data, comfortable working independently with complex datasets, and able to turn findings into clear, actionable recommendations.

Own client data analysis as a core part of your daily work; building, maintaining and evolving regular reporting to track CRM performance and client behaviour.
