Job Description
Capitec Bank Ltd. seeks a client engagement technical expert to apply data, systems and engineering know-how to support, track, develop and improve client engagement programmes, campaigns and prompts throughout the client engagement life cycle.
You will conceptualise, articulate, design and build CRM solutions for specific communication programmes, campaigns, and prompt business requirements, leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other platforms in an Agile environment.
