  • Be responsible for the management, operation, and development of the CRM system supporting the Bank’s business activities.
  • Lead the implementation of CRM projects throughout the entire lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design to deployment and post-implementation operation.
  • Collaborate with Business, Finance, Human Resources, Operations, and other relevant stakeholders to identify requirements and optimize processes within the CRM system.
  • Develop and manage the CRM product roadmap, and propose new features and enhancements to improve sales effectiveness and customer management.
