Job Description
Overview
The CRM Executive will coordinate and execute CRM projects and campaigns, serve as the main point of contact with stakeholders, and ensure quality is delivered across all levels.
Responsibilities
- Assist the CRM team with day-to-day tasks
- Coordinate, set up and deliver all CRM campaigns, AB tests, and automated programs
- Execute campaigns across multiple channels including newsletters, direct mail, and SMS
- Ensure quality in translations, content, artwork, bonuses, newsletters, and landing pages
- Handle lists and segmentation
- Liaise with customer service
- Monitor and evaluate campaigns
- Create and distribute surveys
- Provide feedback on CRM tools
- Coordinate with design and content teams
Qualifications
- Experience in CRM campaign management
- Strong organizational skills
- Fluency in English
