WORKING PATTERN: Mon - Fri (37.5 hours), Eligible for virtual / flexible working

Role Purpose:

Funko Europe are looking for a CRM Executive to join the team and help continue the incredible growth seen by this new department. Primarily this role will support our CRM function, aiding in the execution of the eCRM strategy across a number of touchpoints. Beyond this there is scope for involvement in eCommerce visual merchandising activities to help improve website conversion as well assist in the critical path of product launches.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Work closely with the Senior CRM Manager to create and implement website, eCRM and WhatsApp content in line with the Digital Marketing strategy.
