Job Summary
The Customer Retention team is looking for a CRM Coordinator to support initiatives focused on driving customer lifetime value, acquisition, and engagement through CRM channels including email, SMS, app push, and others. The candidate will help us transform from a traditional brick‑and‑mortar retailer into an omni‑channel leader and tech‑first fashion disruptor.
