Job Description
The Critical Concern Engineer is a key member of the Critical Concern Review Group, Customer Satisfaction Forum, and the Emission Problem Review Committee. The Critical Concern Engineer has several responsibilities associated with potential Recall or Customer-Notified Field Service Actions and is instrumental in ensuring the meticulous application of our comprehensive 14D structured problem-solving methodology from investigation through implementation.

+ Manage potential safety, regulatory compliance, and high-impact quality concern investigations
+ Lead and guide the preparation of problem-solving and business case documents for internal reviews (i.e., 8D, FMEA, 3-legged 5 whys, etc.)
