Job Description
Lead a dedicated team as the Crisis Response Team Supervisor for the Chippewas of the Thames First Nation. This on-site role focuses on crisis management, culturally safe practices, and community collaboration.
In this contract position, you will oversee the Crisis Response Team, ensuring 24/7 readiness while integrating First Nation cultural elements. You will supervise a multidisciplinary team and coordinate training, compliance, and service delivery for effective interventions and follow-ups.
