Join Distress Centre Calgary as a National Crisis Line Worker, offering critical support on the 988 line. Provide compassionate assistance, working in a fully on-site role with 24/7 shifts.
In this vital position, you will provide empathic crisis intervention and connect individuals to essential community resources. You will also maintain accurate interaction records and participate in team training for new responders in a workplace that values diversity and inclusion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to crisis calls and provide immediate support
• Assess risks and develop safety plans for callers

• Ensure all interactions are documented accurately

Requirements:
• High School Diploma is a must
