Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery of the highest level of customer service in a clean and safe environment and attempt to resolve simple customer queries, referring difficult queries to managers.
• Adhere to brand standards at all times and keep up to date with Five Guys University courses.
• Know the goals and targets of the restaurant and actively contribute to achieving them.
• Maintain operational and kitchen areas to exceed customer cleanliness and comfort, including restocking workstations, upkeep of restroom and terrace areas, and any other daily cleaning tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
