This role will play a critical part in strengthening underwriting governance, portfolio monitoring, collections oversight, and risk analytics to support our mission of empowering underserved communities.
Key Responsibilities
Portfolio Risk Management
Monitor portfolio quality indicators such as PAR, vintage analysis, roll rates, cure rates, write-offs, and recoveries.
Identify emerging risk trends and drivers of delinquency.
Conduct portfolio reviews by borrower segment, branch, geography, product, and channel.
