Job Title: Credit / Customer Services Representative
Location: Harrisburg, PA
Type: Contract (4 months to potential hire)
Compensation: $22.00 per hour
Work Model: Hybrid Onsite once per month
Hours: 40.0
Responsibilities
+ Manage the credit and collection maintenance of a prescribed territory of customer receivables.
+ Manage the territory within prescribed goals with high efficiency and professionalism.
+ Collect invoices, chargebacks, and resolve customer issues effectively.
+ Review and approve orders in accordance with company Credit policy and individual goals.
+ Maintain assigned customer accounts, adhering to company policies on open balance, aging, order approval, and issue resolution.
+ Review and approve orders promptly within company guidelines.
