Responsibilities Manage and oversee the full credit control function across national retail accounts Lead, mentor, and support a team of credit controllers to achieve collection targets Ensure timely and accurate collection of outstanding debt and resolution of claims Review, approve, and manage customer credit limits and ongoing risk exposure Oversee month‑end processes including statements, reconciliations, and debt reporting Manage returns, shortages, pricing claims, rebates, and promotional deductions Liaise with key internal departments to resolve account and process discrepancies Drive achievement of targeted Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) Ensure compliance with relevant credit legislation and internal controls Provide forecasting and reporting on cash flow, AR balances, and performance metrics Skills & Experience Minimum 3 years’ experience in Credit Control within FMCG or Retail environments Proven experience managing or supervising a credit control team Strong exposure to nation...
