Position Summary:

The Subject Matter Expert (SME) – Invoice to Cash will be responsible for providing expert knowledge, process leadership, and operational support across all I2C functions, including billing, invoicing, collections, cash application, dispute resolution, and reporting. This role will act as the primary point of contact for process improvements, escalations, training, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and service-level expectations. Support to the team lead and leading the team in absence of the team lead.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Debt Collection Management: Oversee the collection of debts and manage receivables for own portfolio, executing the implemented strategies to reduce days sales outstanding (DSO) and minimize overdue accounts.
