Job Description
Occupation: Credit Controller
Location: Ripon, North of England
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 + Training + Progression + Company Benefits
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Resolve queries internally and externally regarding outstanding invoices
- Open new accounts and manage day‑to‑day operations of the customer base
- Maintain accurate records and follow up on actions while working closely with management
- Coordinate collections and support account reconciliation to ensure processes are followed
Qualifications
- Background in Credit Control or comparable experience
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team
- Commutable to Ripon
