Job Description


Robert Half Finance and Accounting are currently looking to recruit a Credit Controller to join an exciting Professional Services company experiencing huge growth based in Bristol. For the right person the client is offering:

Role responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Manage allocated customer ledgers, ensuring timely collection of outstanding debts in line with company procedures and KPIs
  • Contact customers by telephone and email to chase overdue invoices and resolve account queries
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with customers and internal departments to support prompt payment and issue resolution
  • Carry out credit checks for new and existing customers and assist with setting up and maintaining customer accounts
  • Monitor customer credit limits and highlight any concerns or risks to the Credit Control Manager...
