Credit and Control Analyst – Overview

The Credit and Control Analyst will be accountable for the credit control activities within the firm. One of the key outcomes of the role is pro‑actively managing the debtors ledger to ensure timely collection of cash. The Analyst will handle all aspects of AR administration, including final invoice/credit note approvals, credit checks, query and dispute management, and serve as an enabler of a unified debt collection approach across APAC.

Responsibilities

• Recording and banking of cheques (when relevant).
• Performing regular reviews of unallocated cash.
• Coordinating refunds to clients as required.
• Reviewing and approving project fee invoices, sundry invoices, and credit notes.
• Managing unallocated cash, refunds, and cheque processing (where applicable).
