Salary: Up to £21,000 depending on experience

Volvo Financial Services is a vital part of that journey, supporting Volvo Group customers and dealers across the UK and Ireland. Responsible for financial solutions that help businesses invest, grow, and move forward with confidence.

Reporting directly to the Collections Manager, you will work alongside two Senior Collections Officers and a Collections Officer. You will be supporting the day-to-day running of the Collections department, combining customer contact, account maintenance and account administration. You will also collaborate with a range of internal teams across the Group, including Credit, Customer Service and Finance.

What you will do

Contact customers by telephone and email to discuss overdue balances and agree on suitable next steps

Assist with managing direct debit mandates, amendments and cancellations.
