Salary: Up to £21,000 depending on experience

Reporting directly to the Collections Manager, you will work alongside two Senior Collections Officers and a Collections Officer. You will support the day‑to‑day running of the Collections department, combining customer contact, account maintenance and account administration. You will also collaborate with a range of internal teams across the Group, including Credit, Customer Service and Finance.
