What are we looking for?
The purpose of a Credit Analyst is to assist Australian mortgage brokers with administrative tasks to prepare, process and track loan applications. The role requires communication with stakeholders, preparation of documentation, maintenance of systems and CRMs, and oversight of a loan application from pre‑submission to post‑approval within required timeframes. The analyst also contributes to a smooth customer experience by working closely with clients and brokers to research lenders, products, and policies that meet client requirements.
Skills Required
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience in the Australian mortgage broking industry, specializing in AU loan processing.
- Experience with aggregators CRM such as MyCRM, Infynity, Mercury Nexus, Flex, Salestrekker or other mortgage‑broking CRM software.
