Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end credentialing and re-credentialing process
- Prepare, submit, and track provider credentialing applications
- Conduct follow-ups with insurance payers to ensure timely approvals
- Generate and maintain credentialing status reports for management
- Identify workflow improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance
Requirements:
- 1 to 2 years of proven experience in credentialing or payer enrollment
- Strong understanding of credentialing standards and payer guidelines
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
