Job Description
Hebe Beauty Philippines is seeking a hands-on Creator Recruitment & Relationship Manager to identify and recruit TikTok creators, manage outreach and onboarding, maintain creator profiles, coordinate seeding timelines, and build long-term relationships to drive retention.
In this role you will manage campaigns, track performance, and propagate insights to optimize affiliate programs across brands, working closely with brand, operations, CS and logistics teams.
