Vuori isĀ seekingĀ a highly organized and detail-orientedĀ Sample CoordinatorĀ to support all sample management needs across studio (eCommerce) and lifestyle productions. This role plays a critical part in preparing, organizing, andĀ maintainingĀ product samples for photo shoots, working closely with the Creative Producer, Creative Operations, and Product Marketing teams. From pulling samples and tracking product data toĀ maintainingĀ long-term sample organization andĀ assistingĀ on set,Ā youā€™llĀ ensure a seamless workflow from pre-production through shoot execution.Ā 

What you'll get to do:

  • Manage and organize product samples for all eCommerce and lifestyle photo shoots, including pulling, tagging, steaming, and restocking items.Ā 
  • Collaborate with Creative and Product Marketing teams to support seasonal style-outs, build shot lists and ensure product availability.Ā
