Step into the role of 2D Operations Lead, focusing on creative tool development for compositing artists. Drive new features and refine workflows in the VFX pipeline.
As a leader in this fast-paced environment, you will develop and maintain workflows that empower artists at a renowned studio. With more than 10 years of Nuke and Python experience, your insights will drive the teamās productivity. You will also facilitate daily scrums and ensure effective communication within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Develop and maintain artist-friendly workflows
ā¢ Troubleshoot and resolve tool issues for team members
ā¢ Work with management on feature implementation
ā¢ Lead daily scrum meetings with team
ā¢ Document technical designs and user guides
Requirements:
ā¢ Over 10 years writing Nuke pipeline code
ā¢ Strong leadership in software development
ā¢ Effective communicator in written and verbal forms
ā¢ Basic understanding of DCC tools like Maya and Houdini
