Job Description
Be an essential part of the Cranbrook Urgent and Primary Care Centre team as a part-time Physiotherapist. Focus on managing patient mobility and treating acute injuries.
This part-time role requires a Physiotherapist to provide care at the Cranbrook UPCC on Mondays and Tuesdays, from 08:30 to 16:30. You will partner with healthcare professionals to enhance patient access to physiotherapy services, helping manage conditions that lead to unnecessary emergency room visits. Your interventions will help improve function and empower patient self-management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform assessments for mobility and pain issues
• Collaborate interprofessionally for holistic care
• Design targeted rehabilitation plans for patients
• Promote safe and effective movement practices
• Help patients achieve better health outcomes
Requirements:
• Must hold active licensure with CHCPBC
• Must possess a valid B.C. Driver's license
