Job Description The Craft Training Program Manager will oversee multiple Craft Training programs and ensure the success of their sustained deployment across the enterprise. The primary focus of the role is aligning program goals with long‑term goals of the organization while driving consistency and efficiency in program design, development and deployment. Will be responsible for scaling current programs while identifying new program scopes to build out and manage. This role will be coached/managed by the Craft Apprenticeships & Training Manager.
