Responsibilities
- Select and hand-pick crab meat from shells with precision and care.
- Ensure the quality and freshness of the crab meat meets company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace during picking operations.

- Assist in the packaging and labeling of picked crab meat for distribution.
Qualifications
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelorβs degree in Food Science or a related field preferred.
- Experience Level: 1β3 years of experience in food preparation or seafood processing.
- Skills and Competencies: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve picking issues effectively.
- Responsibility: Strong attention to detail in selecting high-quality crab meat.
