This is a unique opportunity for a driven Registered Manager to lead a small, highly specialised residential setting supporting young people transitioning into Adult Social Care. You will take full ownership of a beautifully designed, 4-bedroom bungalow and build a service that truly delivers life-changing outcomes. As the Registered Manager, you will have the autonomy to grow the service, embed a therapeutic ethos, and create a nurturing environment for young people with complex needs.
