JOB SUMMARY:
This role plays a key part in shaping a positive employee experience and building strong people practices across the Plant by supporting culture, capability development, and the execution of People & Culture strategies. Working closely with managers, supervisors, and employees, the position provides day‑to‑day HR support, helps resolve people‑related needs, and brings a stronger data mindset to payroll, personnel administration, training, and people analytics in order to improve decision‑making, workforce visibility, and the overall impact of the People & Culture function.
