Job Description
YOUR ROLE
- Lead, manage, and develop a team of Technicians and Manufacturing Specialists.
- Oversee and supervise all maintenance, PM and AM activities at assembly manufacturing and ensure all equipment run at their best performance standard.
- Define and improve work instructions for PM and AM activities.
- Manage machine performance (OEE, MTBI, MTBF) and unscheduled downtime (TUD).
- Co‑train and develop Technicians and Manufacturing Specialists to meet current and future business requirements.
- Improve equipment uptime (OEE, MTBI and MTBF).
- Ensure all maintenance staff adhere to safety policy and procedures.
- Plan, track and adhere to the maintenance budget.
- Oversee spare parts stocks for preventive maintenance and unscheduled downtime.
