Job Description
Smile Education are currently recruiting experienced Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools across Oldham.
This role is only suitable for candidates who have direct Cover Supervisor experience within a secondary school. Schools are looking for confident, reliable staff who can supervise whole classes, manage behaviour effectively and keep pupils focused when the usual class teacher is absent.
Opportunities are available now, as well as from September for the new academic year. Subject specialism is not important for this role; proven classroom experience, strong behaviour management and reliability are the key requirements.
Role Overview
As a Cover Supervisor, you will supervise pre-planned lessons across KS3 and KS4. You will set clear expectations, keep pupils on task and ensure work is completed.
