The Role
Deliver pre-set work in the absence of the class teacher
Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment
Manage classroom behaviour confidently and effectively
Support pupils to stay engaged with their learning
Work across a variety of subjects and year groups
Build positive relationships with pupils and school staff
Adapt to different schools and classroom setting...
