Cover Supervisor – E-ACT Mansfield Green Academy

E-ACT Mansfield Green Academy is a primary academy located in the heart of Mansfield, offering a safe and inclusive learning environment.

Key responsibilities

• Establish productive working relationships with students, promoting positive values/behaviours and setting high expectations.
• Supervise pupils undertaking work that has been set in accordance with the Academy’s policy, under the guidance of teaching/senior staff.
• Monitor and evaluate students’ responses to learning activities through observation and recording of achievement, providing feedback and reports as required.
• Encourage students to interact and work co-operatively with others, engaging all pupils in activities.
• Use ICT effectively to support learning activities and develop students’ competence and independent use.
