Are you confident, adaptable, and ready to step into the classroom? We’re looking for Cover Supervisors to support Secondary schools across Barnsley . This is an excellent opportunity for graduates or anyone with a background in sports coaching and youth work with a strong can-do attitude who wants to make a difference in education.

What does a Cover Supervisor do?

• Supervise whole classes in the absence of the teacher, ensuring lessons run smoothly
• Deliver pre-prepared work and keep pupils focused and engaged
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
• Provide support and guidance where needed, helping pupils stay on track
• Be a positive role model, creating a calm and productive learning environment
