Equal Teaching is seeking confident, motivated, and reliable Cover Supervisors to support one of our partner secondary schools in Aberystwyth.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supervising classes during teacher absence
• Delivering pre-prepared lesson materials
• Managing classroom behaviour and promoting a positive learning environment
• Ensuring pupils remain on task and engaged
• Supporting a wide range of subjects across the curriculum
• Working collaboratively with teaching staff and school leaders
• Upholding the highest standards of safeguarding and pupil wellbeing

What You’ll Need:

• Experience working with children or young people (school, coaching, mentoring, youth work, etc.)
• Confidence managing a classroom
