Join Covenant House as an Overnight Shift Supervisor, managing operations from 10:30pm to 8:30am. This full-time, permanent position focuses on team leadership and youth support in a residential setting.
Covenant House is currently hiring a Full Time Overnight Shift Supervisor. In this role, you will directly supervise a diverse team while maintaining safety, security, and adherence to policies. Your experience will guide staff training, intake processes, and emergency management, making a meaningful impact on our youth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead daily operations and staff performance
