Job Description
The role
sits within a global professional services firm supporting clients across audit, tax, consulting, risk and deals. The People Function collaborates with stakeholders to deliver the people strategy, improving employee experience and business performance. Within this, the Learning Implementation & Reportingteam oversees end-to-end delivery of learning programmes, including logistics, supplier coordination, systems and performance tracking. The Programmes – Implementation Senior Associate partners with Course Managers and wider stakeholders to translate programme requirements into clear implementation plans. They actively drive delivery activities to ensure learning programmes are executed effectively, consistently and to a high standard.
