Job Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver : Collect items from the sender and deliver them to the recipient
- Follow schedules : Adhere to delivery schedules and routes
- Ensure quality : Ensure items are delivered in good condition and meet transportation requirements
- Provide customer service : Answer questions and provide a good customer experience
- Maintain records : Keep accurate delivery records and report any issues
- Follow safety regulations : Comply with all relevant traffic and safety regulations
- Handle payments : Accept payments for items and request signatures from recipients
- Coordinate with dispatch : Work with dispatch to get to the right locations and track orders
Education
