- Sort, deliver and pick up shipments for a specific courier route, in the most efficient and cost-productive manner, whilst providing a professional inter-face and image to customers and the public
- Shipment Delivery is to meet RDD and PU are uplifted as per RFU and no miss PU.
- Always attend to customer need in a professional, friendly and courteous manner.
- Electronically Record via a scanner (or manually if required) all shipment process activities
- Ensure safe handling, security, and integrity of all shipments while in transit
- To be able to communicate with Dispatch / CS when customer needs changes and uses initiative to meet customer need
- Ensure all cash transactions resulting from the delivery or collection of shipments
- Reconcile all non-delivered shipments and ensure priority is given to these for the next delivery cycle
- Ensure the maintenance of allocated vehicle
