Minimum Requirements Previous experience in a luxury lodge or five-star hospitality environment A genuine passion for guest service and creating unforgettable experiences. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership, organisational and problem-solving abilities. Computer literacy and experience with hospitality management systems. Valid driver's licence. Rooms Division Experience Practical with some experience in maintenance Professional presentation and a positive, can-do attitude. A willingness to live and work in a remote bush environment. One partner should have experience in: Lodge Operations Guest Relations Front Office Food & Beverage Housekeeping Staff Management Administration and Reporting The second partner should have experience in one or more of the following: Safari Guiding (FGASA qualification advantageous) Hospitality Operations Food & Beverage Maintenance Guest Activities General Lodge Management
