Electrical Sales Manager.
Job Responsibilities
Take full charge of the sales business of medium and low-voltage switchgears, medium and low-voltage busbars, transformers, and packaged substations in Philippines. Formulate regional sales strategies and targets to ensure the achievement of annual sales volume and market share.
Develop and maintain local core customers (e.g., power companies, EPC contractors, industrial enterprises), establish long-term and stable cooperative relationships, and resolve key issues in customer collaboration.
Conduct research on local power equipment market, including market trends, policies & regulations, and competitors. Deliver market analysis reports to provide insights for the company’s product iteration and strategic adjustments.
Build and lead the regional sales team. Develop team training and assessment plans to enhance the team’s professional capabilities and sales performance.
