Job Overview:
Our client is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Country Manager to lead and expand its presence in the FX & CFDs brokerage industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, team leadership, marketing strategy execution, and P&L management.
This role requires at least three years of business development experience in FX & CFDs and an additional two years of experience managing a team of BDMs and marketing strategies.
What will you do: Develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy to grow market share and revenue. Lead and manage a team Business Development Managers (BDMs) and oversee marketing initiatives. Drive client acquisition and retention strategies, ensuring sustainable business growth.
